Membership is open to all heritage organisations that operate in Norfolk

 

CORE MEMBERSHIP

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

For heritage organisations that allow public access to their collections, either in person or online. For example, museums, archives, historic houses and heritage sites.

Each core member organisation appoints a representative to act as contact point and has voting rights at the AGM. A representative of a core organisation can stand for election as a trustee, provided annual subscriptions are paid.

For heritage organisations that do not have collections or whose collections are not publicly accessible; associated organisations such as Friends organisations and other non-profit support organisations.

Associate members cannot stand for election as a trustee and do not have voting rights. However, an associate member may be co-opted onto the Board if the Trustees feel it is beneficial to do so.

  • Eligible to attend Heritage NN networking, training and social events
  • A page on the Heritage NN website and link to own site
  • Receive regular Heritage NN e-newsletter
  • Access to supporting resource material – eg case studies, information sheets
  • Eligible to apply for any grant funding offered by Heritage NN *
  • Eligible to participate in any joint projects initiated or co-ordinate by Heritage NN **
  • A representative of the organisation is eligible to stand for election as a Trustee
  • Has voting rights at the AGM – each member organisation has one vote

  • Up to 5,000 visitors – £30
  • 5-10,000 visitors – £36
  • 10-20,000 visitors – £42
  • 20-50,000 visitors – £48
  • 0ver 50,000 visitors – £54
